processing time: 2-7 days
free shipping: offered for orders $50+. sticker only orders get free shipping for $15+ domestic and $20+ international.
sticker mail: untracked, shipped in stamped envelope, cheaper rate, stickers only
tracked package: shipped in bubble mailer
expected delivery: 2-3 weeks for US orders, 4-10 weeks international. there may be more delays due to COVID.
uk & eu customers: please be aware that you are responsible for the VAT taxes and service fees. they must be paid at your country's customs office. you can also order from my etsy (which has slightly higher prices) if you would rather be charged those fees upfront.
issues & refunds: please contact me for any issues with your order! i generally cannot provide a refund and i cannot cancel your order if it has been shipped but i will try my best to work something out! :)
